HIWU-URGENT! Dr Blea has just been informed by HISA that the HIWU Anti-Doping & Medication Control Prgrm instituted on MON, 3/27/23, has been postponed until May 1. At present, all testing, investigations, & enforcement will be managed by CHRB. All thresholds & withdraw times in effect under CHRB Rules will remain in effect until May 1. This should allow ample time to adjust to the changes on May 1. Contact Dr Blea with questions.
